How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped 12-14 days from the date it is received... often quicker. Shipping takes 2-3 business days. If you need an item by a certain date, please email or call Amy to discuss. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped.

How much is shipping?
All items are shipped via Priority Mail

Orders up to $50: $6
Orders from $50 - $125: $8
Orders over $125: $10 

What about shipping outside of the US?
We are willing to ship outside of the US. Please email Amy and she will look into what the cost would be to have your item shipped out of the States.

What is your return policy?
All items are custom made with the fabrics you choose and monogrammed with that special name, therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations of orders. If you have any problems at all with your order, we will do everything we can to make you happy!

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept personal checks and credit card payments through PayPal. Please know that orders paid for by personal check will not be started until the check has cleared. This is also true of eChecks sent through PayPal, which usually take 3-5 days to process.

If you are paying with a credit card through PayPal, you do not have to have a PayPal account… its super easy… just load your cart and you will be walked through the steps.

What about Taxes?
Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

What are the care instructions for my Sweet Baby Z items?
We do not pre-shrink any of our fabrics, so be careful to wash your items in COLD WATER ONLY and tumble dry on low heat. If ironing is needed, use a low heat and do not iron directly onto the plush fabrics. The crosses have a musical element inside of them, so they can not be washed. If needed, spot clean with a damp cloth. All of our items are hand made with kids in mind, so we use only the best fabrics and notions. Seams are serged or top stiched where needed for extra durability so that your little ones can enjoy their pillows, lovies and blankets for years to come!
